Good facilities at reasonable cost
Slow to check in and out, ran out of toilet paper, carpet in hallway in bad shape.
the only thing that made it worthwhile was the leisure centre and and the staff in the leisure centre
i stayed at the hotel before but my family and i was disappointed with the service and treatment at this hotel, i don't think that i would stay here again.
It was ok.
Nightmare to find rooms, restaurant was pretty outdated, along with a lot of the hotel. Children running around wildly spitting all over the inside of the elevators - wasn't too impressed.
The Service was matched by the surrounding, both excellent and even though it was a business trip i will go back there for a relaxing weekend soon.
very convient for visiting dublin. Good pool facilities. good family rooms. breakfast and food options good.
I enjoyed the hotel stay here. The staff were lovely. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast.
Didnt like the idea that we could not use our own towels at the leisure complex after packing them
access to nass rd.gym + pool.
bar very quiet
The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and spaces. The position of the hotel was good for getting in and out of Dublin using the Luas tram system. It was also good for getting onto the main road network for those with a car.
The hotel was next to a busy dual carriageway, although the rooms were well sound proved.
Staff, Food & Facilities were excellent
it was fine, a little cold at times and food was not great but it was alright
Food and prices of drink were a little expensive
Dress code in the restaurant seemed to be tracksuits!! Other clientele of lower class. No atmosphere in bar for a Friday night. Empty and dead.
It was very clean, relaxing, comfortable and quiet.
I thought there should be more restaurant staff working as it seemed to be a bit short staffed.
The room we had was not very clean. The carpet was very dirty with a big stain. We had a very bad nights sleep because of the very busy road. The restaurants food wasnt very nice.
the breakfast staff where very nice and friendly.
the attitude at reception and at the restaurant.
close to ikea, dundrum and cork limerick road
could do with a paint job ans some mew carpets, bathrooms were lovely,
